IF YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE AFTER YOU MADE THE PURCHASE PLEASE CONTACT US.
Our policy lasts 3 days or 72 hours. If 3 days have gone by since we delivered the purchased item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your situation must fall into one of these cases:
- The (Course) provided by the Creator is not as advertised (Provided Different Course).
- You didn’t receive access after 24-72 hours from purchase time.
- You receive an error when trying to access the (Course).
We give a partial refund if:
- The course you purchased has at least 3% missing content (but other files are existing), Partial Refund on the contents that are missing.
Duplicated Orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them.
Anything else – contact us and we’ll figure it out to make you happy with the purchase.
-To complete your return, we require your email and order number.
The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 5 – 10 business days.
